Welcome to Cottage Rest House. These Terms & Conditions govern your stay, bookings, and the use of our services. Please review them carefully before confirming your reservation.
1. Booking Policy
All reservations are subject to availability. To confirm your stay, an advance deposit may be required. Once confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation via email or message.
2. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: 12:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early or late check-ins are subject to availability and may include additional charges.
3. Payment & Pricing
Payments can be made through UPI, cash, or bank transfer. Full payment is required before or upon arrival unless otherwise arranged. Rates may vary depending on season or promotions.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival are fully refundable. Within 3–7 days, 50% of the booking fee applies. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows.
5. Guest Responsibility
Guests are expected to treat the property and surroundings with respect. Damages to furniture or property will be charged accordingly. Kindly report any issues immediately.
6. Pets & Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside cottages. Pets are allowed in specific areas only and must be disclosed during booking. Guests are requested to maintain hygiene and courtesy throughout their stay.
7. Liability & Safety
Adventure activities like hiking or rafting are undertaken at your own risk. Cottage Rest House will not be responsible for accidents, loss, or injury. Follow all safety instructions from guides.
8. Outdoor Activities
We offer outdoor experiences including nature walks, rafting, and cycling under professional supervision. These are subject to weather conditions and require guests to sign a safety waiver if needed.
9. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. We collect only the information necessary to process your booking. Personal data is kept secure and never shared with third parties without consent.
10. Amendments
Cottage Rest House reserves the right to modify or update these terms as needed. The latest version will always be posted on this page for transparency.
